I've spent the last twelve years working inside some of the UK's most exciting DTC brands, from scrappy beginnings to market leadership.

Most of that time was at Bloom & Wild, where I was lucky enough to join early and help grow the business from an innovative idea into a household name.

That experience completely shaped the way I think about how businesses succeed, and it’s what I now share with first-time founders through my work with them.


My Approach

At Bloom & Wild, we proved that it was possible to build a business that was hugely commercially successful whilst also being deeply customer-centric, values-led and loved by the people choosing to send flowers from us.

That balance between customer, commercials and culture sits at the centre of how I work today.


My Experience

Over eight years, I helped turn Letterbox Flowers into the UK’s most loved flower gift, before taking what made the product special and translating it into new categories, new markets, new retailers and entirely new customer experiences.

From launching into Sainsbury’s and Ocado to international expansion, Tiny Trees, gifting ranges, workshops, weddings and pop-ups, my role became all about scaling the magic without losing it along the way.

I sat at the intersection of product, customer experience, operations, quality, marketing, finance and merchandising, meaning I was deeply involved in all areas of scaling a business. Not just the exciting bits, but the complexity, ambiguity and difficult decisions that come with growth too.
