I work mostly with first-time founders whose businesses are starting to scale.

It sits somewhere between the two, with a bit of hands-on operator thrown in.

I bring lived experience from scaling a high-growth business, so I can offer perspective and guidance when helpful. At the same time, the work is collaborative — focused on helping you think clearly and make the decisions that are right for your business.
