Frequently Asked Questions
Below are some Questions that I have Frequently Asked myself over the years of developing, scaling and expanding the Range at Bloom & Wild.
If you’re pondering similar queries then let’s chat — I had to figure it out the hard way, but would be so happy to save you the stress.
How do we protect the integrity of our physical product and experience as we scale?
Whether or you need to outsource to a third party, having to . Of course, pragmatic choices do need to be made to facilitate the extra volume; you want the business to grow after all. However, to ensure the continued trust, advocacy and orders of your customers, this is something that you can’t afford to compromise on. I’ve shared some thoughts here on how we managed at Bloom & Wild.
Why aren’t our new product launches translating into sales?
This is so frustrating. You’ve done everything right - researched, iterated, and delivered a great new product that your customers will love. Then it goes on site, or out in the email and… nothing.

Who is the best Beatle?
Admittedly this isn’t a work related question, but it is one that I ask myself regularly.
For me I think on balance it’s George Harrison, but Paul comes a close second. Yes OK he wrote Here, There and Everywhere but he also inflicted Maxwell’s Silver Hammer on us so I think they cancel each other out.
Something - on the other hand - is perfect.
